You can set up an Custom Caller ID in your personal settings by clicking "Show a different number on Caller ID."
You will then be required to verify the number.
When you click verify, we will call the number and you will have to enter an on-screen code in order to verify you have access to the phone.
After you verify your caller ID, it will will appear as your caller ID on outbound calls. If you select remove, the caller ID will revert to using your "Assigned Number."
Once a number has been verified it cannot be used by any other user. Once you have verified a number, the you will not have to verify the same number again. You can simply reenter the number in the Caller ID box, and the number will be used as your Caller ID.
Note: Local Dial will override the Custom Caller ID.
