Snippets allow you to quickly insert reusable content, such as case studies or meeting information, into your emails. This not only saves time, but allows you to standardize your messaging and keep your content organized in SalesLoft.
Snippets are available in the top navigation bar. Here's you can see a list of your existing snippets and add new ones.
To create a new snippet, click the Add Snippet button in the snippet actions menu. Simply name your snippet and insert your desired content.
When sending emails in SalesLoft, both one-off emails and emails from cadences, users can insert a snippet via the snippets button in the lower right corner of the email pane.
Snippets are also available in Connect for Gmail and in Connect for Salesforce, via the snippets menu button in the lower right hand corner.

Snippets can also be used in tandem with templates. Once a template has been inserted into an email, inserting a snippet will populate the content wherever your cursor is in the email without overriding the existing content.
