    I've been missing inbound calls for 4 months now.  The inbound ring would come in but nothing would pop up.  I've emailed support and there's no effective answer. No one on my team effectively answers incoming calls anymore.  My setup is the typical Google Chrome & Salesforce. 

    I'm directly connected to my internet source.
    I have Salesloft Chrome extension, I've reinstalled it.

    Our team had this issue. Here is how we fixed it. Go to personal settings and choose "Calls." Then change the Inbound Call options to "Send to Voicemail." Test it and it should be fixed.
