The Payments tab is your hub for managing your SalesLoft subscription, dialer credit balance, and all things billing related.
At the top of the page, you can view your SalesLoft subscription status as well as the current number of licenses on your account.
In this article, you will learn the ins and outs of the Payments tab, including:
- Add a Credit Card
- Setting Your Payment Email Notifications
- Loading Your Account Balance
- View Your Payment Receipts
To add a new credit card on file or update your credit card information, follow these steps:
- Use the Add Credit Card button.
- Fill in the required fields.
- Select Add Credit Card again to save your credit card information.
You can set up email notifications to be sent to certain recipients.
Things to Note: Payment Receipts and Low Credit Notifications should be sent to whoever is responsible for maintaining the balance of the dialer credits and can be sent to multiple email addresses.
You can set the Low Credit Threshold to $3, $5, $100, or $200. When this threshold is reached, notifications will be sent to the identified email addresses
Your SalesLoft Account Balance feeds directly into your team’s Dialer credits.
To purchase more dialer credits, click Reload Account Balance. You will be able to reload with the credit card on file.

Keep up-to-date with all of your SalesLoft payments from the payments tab. Here you can view and download a .PDF of payment receipts.
Each listed payment will show:
- The Payment Date
- A link to View Payment
- Download PDF so you can save payments or share them with your billing department.
