Dynamic Tags


Dynamic tags allow you to personalize your emails by inserting information you have imported or manually added to a person or company record. We have also included additional dynamic tag options: Time Tags and Personal Tags. 

To insert a dynamic tag, click on the </> dropdown when composing templates, editing emails, or writing one-off emails in the platform. 

To further customize your emails, create custom fields and import information from Salesforce, CSV, or add it manually to a person or company record. To learn more about creating custom fields, please reference here. 

Dynamic tags help you to personalize your emails at scale. To preview how dynamic tags fit into your messaging, reference the Preview window. 

* Please keep in mind that the Preview Mode will display generic examples of dynamic tags. When sending emails, dynamic tags will appropriately reflect the recipient's information.
