BCCing Emails to Your CRM


In SalesLoft Cadence, you can log emails in your CRM using our BCC feature. First, ensure your CRM supports BCC functionality, and set up your CRM to support logging emails sent in this way.

Next, go to the Settings > CRM tab and enter in the desired BCC address in the field provided. Now, all of your emails sent from SalesLoft Cadence will be logged in your CRM!


Please note: Enabling the BCC option in conjunction with a Salesforce connection will result in duplicate activity being synced.  Salesforce activity is automagically synced - so this BCC option is not required for Salesforce users.
