Adding a Forwarding Number

SalesLoft can accept incoming calls by forwarding the call to a number you provide like a cell phone or desk phone. In order to do this, you need to make sure you have enabled the in-app dialer feature. To set up this feature, go to your Settings tab and select the Phone tab. Now, enter the phone number that you would like your calls forwarded to and click Save!

 

Helpful Tips:

  • Be sure to include your country code when setting your forwarding number. For example, if your forwarding number is US number, include +1 then the telephone number, as in the screenshot above.
  • There is not a way to pick up calls within the platform itself.
