How Do I Clear My Cache?

If you are experiencing an issue with your Chrome browser or Cadence extension, often the easiest fix is to clear your cached files and cookies.

To clear your cache, first log-out of Cadence then follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Click the three-bar Chrome menu () in the toolbar at the top right of your browser
Step 2: Select More Tools  at the bottom of the list
Step 3: Click Clear Browsing Data

Step 4: Next to "Obliterate the following items from" select "the beginning of time."
Step 5: Click the checkboxes next to "Cookies and other side and plug-in data" and "Cached images and files."

 

Step 6: Click "Clear browsing data," then log back into Cadence.
