Threading a Follow-Up Email

Use the threading feature to send follow-up emails as genuine replies to the previous email sent from your cadence. Threaded emails show up as genuine replies in your prospect's email, meaning re: in the subject line and the original email included.

To thread a follow-up email step, select the drop-down threading menu, then select the previous email you want to thread your new email to.

    Hi, if this is a threaded reply why is a subject for the email still needed?

    Hey Alina, a subject is still needed in the event that you actually had your prospect skip the first email. When the first email is skipped, threading can't be done which is why it's good to have a fallback subject line without sending an email with an empty subject.
