Since there are countless types and variations of mail servers - everyone can respond differently and in a unique way. We are always working hard to improve our tracking to recognize new/different ways mail servers send replies and bounces.
Please note: Occasionally some mail servers will remove the information needed for SalesLoft to track a bouncing email. Since this is an action of the mail server, SalesLoft Support is not able to retrieve these bouncing emails or provide further information about them.
However, we do have a feature aimed to help improve tracking that will allow you to send improperly tracked replies/bounces directly from Google. These reports will go directly to our developers and they will use the examples received to improve tracking for everyone!
