Sigstr Email Signature Integration

SalesLoft integrates with Sigstr, a simple management tool for employee email signatures, ensuring a consistently branded email signature for all of your SalesLoft users.

This integration feature is available for Professional & Enterprise levels only

To Implement:

  1. Create an account with Sigstr
  2. In Cadence, go to Settings in the top right corner
  3. Choose Integrations on the left side
    Note: You can only see Integrations if you are a Team Admin
  4. Under Sigstr in you will see your team members names.  
  5. Click the On/Off switch to enable a Sigstr Email signiture for each team member that needs it enabled. It looks like this: 
  6. The list will Auto populate with their account email, however you can type in a valid email address. This must match their Sigstr account email. 
  7. If an email address is a Valid Sigstr account it will show a green dot. If not valid, it will be a red dot with the text "No Email Signature Found for User."

 

Once your Sigstr account is connected, your profile signature in Salesloft will be greyed out and you will not be able to edit it. You are able to edit it in Sigstr.
