But wait, why didn't the attendee appear in the first place? You know when you join a meeting and you have to enter your name? If someone joins the call and neglects to enter their name or a group of people calls on a conference line, everyone will not be automatically accounted for (the bot isn't that creepy).
To add an attendee, follow these steps:

- From the Participants panel, select the ellipses icon (three dots) in the upper right corner.
- Click Add Attendee.
- In the Add Attendee box, enter the person's name and email address.
- Click Save.
Edit Attendees
When an attendee is listed, but their information isn't exactly what you would like to see, edit the attendee information. For example, change a listed phone number or email address to the attendees actual name.
To edit an attendee, follow these steps:
- Go to the meeting details page.
- From the Participants panel, select the ellipses icon (three dots) in the upper right corner.
- Click Edit Attendee.
- From the Edit Attendee window, find the attendee you need to update.
- Click the blue Edit button.
- The attendee's row will change to text boxes. Type the changes in the text box under name and/or email.
- On the row of the attendee's name, click Save (where the Edit button was preciously).
- Close the Edit Attendee window.
