The Conversation Intelligence page is where you can view and manage your recordings.
To access the Conversation Intelligence page, go to the Conversations product tab from the top navigation.
The Conversation Intelligence page is broken down into tabs that store different meeting information. You can find the tabs all on one toolbar along with Conversation Intelligence specific action items.
In this article, you will learn each piece of the toolbar and what that component does, including:
The Recordings tab contains a list of all of your team's recordings. Each recording panel takes you to the Conversation Intelligence Detail Page.
To learn more about the Recordings tab and the actions you can take from that tab, check out the Conversation Intelligence Recordings article.
Shows meetings that are currently being recorded for anyone on your team.
The In Progress meetings allow you to access the Live Notes page, where you can comment and view details on the meeting that is in progress.
In an ideal world, tech issues wouldn't exist and all meeting recordings would upload seamlessly. However, we need to be a little realistic and recognize that sometimes things to go wrong.
When an error occurs during a meeting upload, Conversation Intelligence calls these errors "Meeting States." In other words, we state the reason that the meeting failed to load. In the event of an upload error, the meeting state could be any of the following:
- Bot denied from meeting
- Bot dismissed from screen share meeting platform before anyone spoke
- Bot dismissed from SalesLoft before anyone spoke
- Bot encountered technical issue
- Bot timed out because meeting never started
- Bot timed out because no speaking was detected
- Conversation too short
- Host ended meeting before anyone spoke
But SalesLoft noticing the issue is only half the battle. It's helpful for you to see if any errors have occurred, as well. You can view all of the uploading errors and meeting states information from the Incomplete Meetings page.
Things to Note: The Incomplete Meetings page will show meeting errors for your entire team's meetings.
To access the Incomplete Meetings page, click the Incomplete Meetings link in the upper right corner of the Recordings or In Progress tabs.
The Incomplete Meetings page will show a complete list of meetings that were not able to upload due to an issue.
