The Team Process report shows how well team members are executing Cadence steps and adhering to processes.
Access the Team Process report from one of the following methods:
- The Cadence Process Panel: Click the View Report link in the upper right corner of the panel.
- The Process tab in your Analytics: Select the Team Process button above the meaningful metrics. You will be redirected to the Team Process page.
When you access the report, you will see the name of the report you have accessed and a breadcrumb trail in the upper left corner. This can take you back to the Analytics Overview by clicking Analytics.
The first row of the report contains the total metrics based on your filter settings.
Each process metric is visible in its own column. The columns include:
|Name||The SalesLoft team member.|
|People Added||Number of people the team member adds to their Cadences each day.|
|Completed Steps||Number of Cadence steps the team member has completed.|
|On-Time Steps||The number of steps that have been finished on or before the due date.|
|% On-Time Steps||How often the team member executed their step actions on or prior to the due date.|
|Skipped Steps||How often the filtered team members are skipping steps of their Cadence process.|
|% Skipped Steps||The number of steps skipped divided by the total number of steps.|
|Overdue Steps||The total overdue steps in Cadence. A step is counted as overdue after the step is marked completed.|
|% Overdue Steps||Percentage of overdue steps divided by the total step count.|
|Other Steps||These are the completed other steps. If users don't have LinkedIn Sales Navigator, this can often represent their LinkedIn steps.|
|Other Steps Per Day||The total other steps divided by the number of days selected.|
|Integration Steps||These are the total completed integration steps across all integrations, such as LinkedIn, Sendoso, etc.|
|LinkedIn Completed Steps||The total completed LinkedIn steps.|
|LinkedIn Research||The completed LinkedIn steps that are research.|
|LinkedIn Introductions||The completed LinkedIn steps that are introductions.|
|LinkedIn Connections||The completed LinkedIn steps that are connections.|
|LinkedIn InMail||The completed LinkedIn steps that are InMail.|
Each column header can also be used to sort the list. To sort the Team Process report to fit your preference, follow these steps:
- Select the appropriate column header. The header name will turn blue.
- Use the arrow to the right of the header name to set the sorting direction. The arrow will point up or down (ascending or descending order) to reflect the order of the list.
