SalesLoft's Analytics have expanded to include more and more of the data you want to see. Having all of that data is wonderful! But it can be a little overwhelming, especially if you have to go across different tabs to find the information you need.
Keeping this in mind, in December 2020 SalesLoft made updates to the Analytics Page. This involved removing previously visible tabs and converting that information into panels and reports that are easier to find and view.
In this article, we will highlight the changes that have been made to the Analytics page and where you will find the information you're seeking, including:
- Default Overview Panel
- Call Tab Changes
- Email Tab Changes
- Process Tab Changes
- Success Tab Changes
- Where Can I Access My Team Reports?
Default Overview Panels
The Overview tab can show a maximum of ten (10) panels at a time. SalesLoft has so many panels available that some panels have been removed from the default view. However, you can swap them by customizing your panel layout.
Follow the steps to customize your layout to add or remove panels if you would like to view a panel that is not on by default.

Best time to email not replaced. Based on our data, the most important thing about sending emails isn't when an email is sent, but increased number of sends and good content. In other words, take a look at Email Leaderboard, Templates, and Personalization panels to see your progress.
If you still want to explore when your emails receive the most replies, you can glean similar insights by creating a custom Email report grouped by Day of Week. Save the report so you can easily reference in the future!

Where Can I Access My Team Reports?
All of the reports can now be found in the Reports Tab.
The reports tab holds standard and custom created reports. The standard reports include the reports previously found in the Accounts and Cadence tabs as well as the reports that were found under the Calls, Emails, and Process tabs.
So, now instead of jumping around the Analytics tab to find the report you want, you can get to them all from one page.
