We have an issue in our configuration that I need help to isolate and fix.
My Team have confirmed that email replies coming back to them (replies to cadence) are visible in Salesloft, but are not being sync'd into Salesforce activities.
I checked their personal settings and under the Settings->Email->Email Activity Sync, they have both the Allow Outbound Email Activity Sync and Allow Inbound Email Activity Sync enabled.
What would be the next thing to troubleshoot and figure out why this is not working? I suspect it was never working!
To confirm, the person exists in both systems. The outbound emails are syncing to the person in SalesForce. When the person replies to a cadence, their reply is visible in salesloft, but does not sync to salesforce.
Anyone have any idea what I could check to solve this???
