When planning automation rules, you need to first consider what backend processes are you looking to automate? Automation Rules can do some great things like:
- Adding new leads/contacts to SalesLoft Cadences
- Removing a person from one cadence and move them to another cadence
- Removing a person from all cadences once DQd, Nurtured, Success, etc.
