What are the best automation rules you have created?

    Some easy to configure, but extremely valuable rules that I have deployed for our teams are Disposition and Sentiment rules. These trigger one of two key actions, Remove Person from all Cadences or Remove Account from all Cadences.

    Below you will see two of these, one simply saves clicks by removing the person from the cadence, the second dives in a little further by also adding the person into a "6-12 month Keep in touch" cadence used to keep up with the prospect.

    Example 1:

    • When a Call is Logged for a Person
      AND
      Sentiment = No Longer at the Company
      Action 1
      Remove Person from all Cadences
      Action 2
      Set Person Fields: No Longer at Company

    Example 2:

    • When a Call is Logged for a Person
      AND
      Sentiment = Timeline 6-12 months
      Action 1
      Remove Account from all Cadences
      Action 2
      Add to Cadence: "6-12 month Keep in touch"
